Concord United Products specializes in the manufacture of die assemblies and blades for underwater and water-ring pelletizers. We produce blades in secondary market for major brands such as GALA (Maag)®, BKG-Nordson®, and FILTEC®, and our products are exported to customers in Europe, the USA, Mexico, Brazil, Turkey, Russia, the Middle East, Egypt , Africa and South Korea through our global network of partners. We also provide blades and dies for EREMA® and NGR® recycling lines, crusher blades and shredder knives.
Our expertise extends to the production of Tungsten Carbide inserted dies for all types of underwater pelletizers. Our dies are installed in major compounders including Lyondell Basell (A. Schulman), Ingenia Polymers, Washington Penn, Taghleef, Astra Polymers, Cabot Performance , Ravago, Sozal Kimya , Octal and Elastron, among others. We are a trusted supplier of dies, blades and blade holders for leading compounders in India, manufacturing approximately 550 die assemblies and 6,00,000 blades for pelletizing and recycling annually.
